You can always rely on the Gold Cloaks, the armed force who guard King's Landing, capital city of Westeros in George RR Martin's 'Song of Ice and Fire'. You can always rely on them to be corrupt and useless that is.

No posts for a while, but plenty of painting. The Night's Watch are the sentinels of the Wall in George RR Martin's 'Song of Ice and Fire', better known as Game of Thrones. Below you will find the Dark Sword Miniatures Night's Watch Warrior with Spear.

Robert Baratheon

Game of Thrones fans will recognise the young Robert Baratheon, Here he is in all his glory at the Battle of the Trident. That is a river, not the chewing gum.

Alfyn Crowkiller

Trying some bigger scales I had a crack at Alfyn Crowkiller one of the Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones minis from Dark Sword.

Enjoyed it, although I need more practice at the assembly phase. Any glue recommendations gratefully received!

Hate the Game, not the Flayer

I am far from the first to try to paint Game of Thrones in 1/72. That will not stop me however. To kick off we have those nasty flayers House Bolton. Their arms are a flayed man on pink and their words are 'Our Blades are Sharp' or 'Sausages for Tea' alternatively.The figures is a Caesar Medieval European Knight 13th Century.
